Don't forget to nominate Alumni of the Year
Nominations for the Jönköping University Alumni of the Year award are open. The prizes are awarded to former JU students who have made outstanding contributions in their professional role or as an individual. The ceremony will be held on 3 October.

Time to extend your study permit?
A reminder for all international students. Students with a study permit (residence permit for study) in Sweden might have different expiration dates on their permit. Remember to extend it before it runs out!

Are you aware of how much you're drinking?
On 24 April, the Student Health Care will send out a survey to all students in semesters 2, 4 and 6 with an offer to test their alcohol habits and get immediate feedback on the test.

New VPN client for JU called FortiClient
During the winter, the IT department has worked to deploy a new firewall. The new firewall means, among other things, increased security for our JUs and services as well as a new, faster and more stable VPN solution.

Spring celebration at JU

Spring Inspiration 2024 was a success - in a new venue
On Saturday 13 April, it was time for this year's arrangement of Scandinavia's largest student-run fashion show. The event was organized by the Jönköping International Business School’s (JIBS) student association for the 27th time and it also involved students from the other schools at Jönköping University (JU).
