Article orders
Articles that the library does not have access to can often be ordered from other libraries or through a digital ordering service.
Sometimes when you search in databases, you come across articles that the library does not have full-text access to. A first step can then be to search for the article's title in Google Scholar to see if it is available there.
If you do not find the full-text via Google Scholar, you can choose between the two ordering options available in the database:

Copy via e-mail
If you choose the Request a copy via e-mail option and the article is available to order in that way, it will be delivered to your email within eight hours. You can order a maximum of three articles per day.
Due to limitations to the service, not all articles can be ordered this way. In such cases, choose the Request a printed copy option instead.
Printed copy
If the article is not available to order via e-mail, we can usually order it from another library. Due to copyright reasons, we cannot send the article to you via email; instead, you will receive an email when you can pick up the printed article at the library. It usually takes a couple of days.
Please note! Students pay 20 SEK per article. Free of charge for JU staff.
