This study examines how ownership manifests in the aesthetics of a family firm’s activities and outcomes, and how external audiences recognize and judge these expressions. Using a qualitative single case study of a family firm and its organizational artifacts, this research aims to develop a construct to capture external audiences’ reactions to family ownership.
