Katarina Karlsson successfully through part time

Katarina Karlsson, CHILD-doctoral student in Nursing Science, successfully passed her part time in January. 

"My research is abouthow children experience and handle procedure related measures in health settings", says Katarina Karlsson.
"The aim of the thesis is to describe how preschool children experience and handle procedure-related measures. The aim is also to describe procedure-related measures from the parents and the nurses' perspective, focusing on how they support the child during these procedures. Focus of the thesis is procedures that include needle sticks."
