Zoom Webinar500 accessible for all

From 1/5, new licenses apply for Zoom. The new licenses mean that all users have access to Zoom Webinar500 – a webinar license for up to 500 participants.

A webinar in Zoom differs from a regular meeting in several ways:

• You can set up a registration page with the possibility to ask questions to the participants in advance
• The audience only has rights to see and hear, they cannot start the camera or microphone unless a person in charge hands out the right
• You can use a Q&A module with the opportunity for participants to ask questions in a more controlled way than in the chat tool
