JU students broadcast 36 hours of radio to raise money for Musikhjälpen
Radio K, which is a student committee, a branch of the student association LOK under the School of Education and Communication at Jönköping University (JU), will together with the Student Union broadcast live for 36 hours. Music, interviews, competitions and concerts are on the schedule.

Nursing education receives high rating in quality control
The Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) carries out thematic evaluations where various areas for which universities and colleges are responsible for, and which relate to the quality of higher education, are examined. These thematic evaluations contribute to important knowledge and national comparisons of how the universities and colleges of education work and what results have been achieved in certain aspects. In UKÄ's latest assessment, Jönköping University’s Nursing education has been highly rated.

Countdown for the ERN Conference 2022 – Sustainable Esports in the Digital Society
The Media, Management and Transformation Center (MMTC) at Jönköping International Business School will host next week's ERNC 22 conference. From 21-23 November, 120 people, including some of the world's most prominent researchers in Esports will gather in Jönköping to discuss, present, and engage. All combined with many keynotes and panels live streamed through Twitch.

A record number of 120 exhibitors and approximately 1,200 students participated in the career fair Karriärum at the School of Engineering (JTH) at Jönköping University (JU) on 9 November.“Companies have realized that this is how you get hold of students,” says Adina Valjakka, a computer engineer at Combitech.

This spring's YouTube series Point of JU was a great success and there was big demand for a follow-up. On Thursday November 3, the first episode of Season 2 was released. Season 2 is a five-episode series where students talk about various topics that affect them.

School children get a taste for technology at Vera Day
On 28 October students from middle and high schools attended Vera Day at the School of Engineering (JTH), Jönköping University (JU), to learn more about technology and to get an idea of what it's like to work as an engineer.“I could definitely study at JTH,” says Kajsa Sjöstrand, who is studying on the technology program at Finnveden's high school in Värnamo.
