At the same time, you will specialise in supply chain management (30 credits), learning how to integrate supply chain management with broader business strategies and transformation efforts. Courses cover topics such as: - Cross-border logistics and global operations. - Digital supply chains, automation, and data-driven decision-making. - Resilience, risk management, and continuous improvement. - Sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management. - Sustainability and the circular economy in supply chains. This integrated structure gives you both a strong managerial foundation and in-depth expertise in supply chain strategy, logistics, digitalisation, and sustainability. Applied projects and cases prepare you to lead change in environments where digitalisation and globalisation reshape how supply chains and logistics systems operate. You will also strengthen key competencies in data analytics, communication, ethical reasoning, and intercultural teamwork - while building a valuable international network. ### Year 2 - Customise your path In the second year, you will have the opportunity to tailor your degree to your ambitions. Options include taking elective courses, spending a semester abroad at one of our many international partner universities, or pursuing an internship in Sweden or abroad. The final semester is devoted to a master’s thesis, where you apply your knowledge to a focused topic within strategic supply chain management. At JIBS, theory and practice are closely intertwined.
