Year one - Core management skills and digital transformation expertise In the first year, you will take shared MiM courses (30 credits) in areas such as data analytics, team dynamics, accounting and finance, project design, and risk management. At the same time, you will specialise in digital business and AI (30 credits), with courses covering: - Leading AI transformation processes and accelerating the implementation of AI tools. - Digital ecosystems and platform-based value creation. - Business model innovation and process changes through digital technologies. - Digital marketing and strategy in fast-changing environments. - Legal and ethical frameworks surrounding AI and digitalisation. This integrated approach ensures that you gain both broad managerial skills and in-depth expertise in digital transformation and AI management, while also developing competencies in data literacy, analytics, communication, ethical reasoning, and intercultural teamwork. ### Year two - Customise your path In the second year, you will tailor your degree through electives, a semester abroad at one of our many partner universities, or an internship in Sweden or internationally At JIBS, theory and practice are closely intertwined. You will work with cases, projects, and real companies while developing analytical, research, and communication skills.
