Programme Dir Supply Chain Operations Management

I hold a PhD in Technology Management and Economics from Chalmers University of Technology. My research focuses on change processes, strategic consensus, organizational learning, and the impact of artificial intelligence on work and leadership in socio-technical systems. I am particularly interested in how individuals – workers, managers, and experts – are involved in strategy formation and technology-driven transformation.

I am leading or contributing to several applied research projects funded by the Knowledge Foundation, such as PropAIr and MAIn. These projects explore AI integration, proactive work design, and knowledge creation in collaboration with industrial partners, particularly small and medium-sized manufacturing companies.

I am the programme director for the master’s programme in Supply Chain Operations Management. I mainly teach at the master’s level, but also contribute to education at the bachelor and doctoral levels. I supervise several PhD students and have led multiple development initiatives in higher education. I have also served as an external expert in academic recruitment processes, acted as opponent at licentiate seminars, and reviewed articles for international academic journals.

I am a former board member of EurOMA and remain active in networks such as EurOMA and ScAIEM, where I contribute to promoting inclusive, practice-oriented research and collaboration between academia and industry.
