MMTC researchers won best paper award at the 2017 annual conference of the European Media Management Association (EMMA)

PhD Candidate Joaquín Cestino and Associate Professor Adele Berndt at MMTC won the 2017 Best Paper Award at the annual conference of the European Media Management Association (EMMA), with their paper “From servitization to a Service Dominant Logic? A marketing perspective on the business model innovation efforts in newspapers.”

The conference was held from May 10 - 13, in Ghent, Belgium, with the theme “Value creation in media markets: Business models, clusters and ecosystems".
