MMTC receives funding for project DATAMINE as part of Jönköping Regional Research Programme

MMTC, together with Computer Science and Informatics at the School of Engineering at Jönköping University, has received funding for the project DATAMINE. The project is a collaboration between Region Jönköping County, Jönköping University and the industry sector, and will be conducted over a three year period commencing in the beginning of 2017.

The Project will develop improved methods of data mining and analysis for companies to better their personalization for their offerings, and will develop new algorithms for robot journalism as part of the transformation of the media industry.

This Project is one of the three areas in the third round of the Jönköping Regional Research Program to be conducted among the three parties, and will propel the innovation of the Region in the future.
