Commissioned education
Other executive education programs and courses
CeFEO delivers programs and courses on governance, ownership dynamics, family dynamics, succession, and management to family businesses, institutions, and organizations. These programs with variable duration are custom-made and designed around the needs of the participants.
CeFEO has a strong tradition of delivering executive education programs tailored to business families across Sweden. One such initiative is the Responsible Ownership Program, developed in collaboration with Formue, which equips business families with the knowledge and tools to navigate the complexities of ownership. This program builds on CeFEO’s expertise in ownership education and governance, ensuring that participants gain a deep understanding of their roles and responsibilities as active owners.
Additionally, CeFEO has previously offered the Active Ownership program, originally developed by Professor Leif Melin. This fee-based, five-day program is customized for each company and has been delivered multiple times to various owner-families. The program covers key areas such as leadership, strategic management, governance, and conflict resolution, empowering family members to become competent and engaged owners.
A variant of the Active Ownership program has also run four times in collaboration with ALMI, a governmental advisory organization for SME development, with the owners of SMEs participating in this three day program. Each time we have had 2-4 owners from four to six companies participating in the program.
